As a seeker of truth I have not learned all that much that couldn’t have been discovered while seated on a little black cushion. That is why I have only one method to share with you - Zazen. Anything else is just me talking. Forget about winning and losing, give it all up. Even if all you think you can do is three minutes, that is enough. Zazen doesn’t care, zazen accepts you just as you are, right here, right now.
